Here are some various no start issues.
Problem 1) Car starts, but when key is in run position it dies.
Solution: I had this happen about 9 years ago. I could turn the key and it would start, but as soon as I got off the starter it would die. The problem was a failed ingition switch that only worked in the "start" position. I wired up and manual toggle and push button starter switch. This has worked great for years.
Problem 2) Car will not start after year of sitting
Solution: It is commong for fuel injectors to get gummed up and not work after prolonged sitting. Having them cleaned professionally is the best way to resolve this, but you can get by also by soaking in carb cleaner. You can verify the flow of the injectors by mounting them in the fuel rail and removing the rail from the intake manifold. Remove the wires to the coil to prevent spark and point the injectors over the headers while a friend cranks the engine over. You can visually see the injectors fire. Clearly only do it on cold headers
Problem 3) No start and no cranking.
Solution: DME relay failed. You can swap the relat to a new one or jumper it. (I forget which pins to jumper and will fill in later)
