Since I am starting the process of building a new car, I have been looking into seats. I have come across a zero race time, discontinued Sparco CF Touring at a reasonable price. It is an FIA seat, although it will require a back brace due to age.

Main concern is about the halo blocking egress...anyone use one of these seats in a 944?

Mine does make egress harder - definitely need to practice, but the added impact protection is worth it, IMO.
