I'm getting ready to get an alignment completed (have to replace a tie rod soon). What specs to people set these at?

Front / Rear Toe
Front / Rear Camber
Front / Rear Caster (can we adjust this?)

Assuming an R888:

Zero / +1/16 each side (+1/8 total)
-3.2 / -2.2
Max (not much) / No

This setup gave me very good tire wear last season & consistent temps across the tire.

How do you go about increasing the front caster? Chris and I were talking about this last night. Do you just slide the caster block over as far as you can? Does that really produce much of a change in caster?

Yes, sliding the rearward mount laterally on steel control arms adjusts caster. Aluminum arms use a shim at the caster block.

Just to be clear, you use toe out at the front? I've used this in autocross, but not road racing. I'd be interested in how that works in braking.

Joel, if you have stock bushings, you want more static camber than this, at least 1/8" in on both sides. If you're running Delrin or Weltmeister bushings, then you can be more aggressive.

Zero toe in front. I did my best lap at Pueblo with a ridiculous amount of toe out in the front though!
