From an engineer's perspective torque numbers are never exact. For as much effort gets put into them they are really a range anyway. The idea behind torque spec is to just get enough load on the bolt assembly. Too much can break stuff and too little will let it get lose.
BTW.... I honestly can't remember what I torqued to now. I am thinging I did the 66 ftlbs on the head and used the 90 stuff on the griddle.
Ahh I can't remember and frankly I never do so I just look it up every time I do it.
interestly the 90 90 angle comes out pretty much the torque spec numbers are. This make sense.
