I did some searching, didn't find much about upgrading Coolant temp and adding Oil temp gauges. Anyone know of a write up anywhere?
What's are people using, Mechanical or Electric?
Any specific gauges to recommend or avoid?

Since my car didn't have an oil pressure gauge when I got, I'm using an inexpensive little gauge trio from Eqqus w/oil pressure, amps and temp. They are mechanical, and the oil pressure runs right off the OEM sender location using a copper line and a couple of fittings to match thread. I'm using the temp gauge for oil, and I had a machine shop drill and tap the extra plug in the oil pan to accommodate the sensor. The amp gauge is running right off the hot wire at the ignition. I got them for about $40 and so far they have served me well. here's a pic:http://www.iequus.com/thumbnail.php?file=images/product_images/6000_series/6100.jpg&size=240
