Yeah, you'll need to reindex those torsion bars and get the front ride height kit.
But just get out there, WHILE REALISING that your car will really roll and feel funnky. There's great value in getting used to a soft car, then moving to a stiff car because you get very sensitive to the chassis movement.
You'll probably want to tuck in that rear tow hook for bump drafting. Welcome to the class.

Steve, Check the weights you posted on the 2nd page of this thread? An early street 944 starts out around 2700 lbs?

Heh, yeah, my bad. Should have read 2446 and 2637, not 1446 and 1637. Oops.

Before the long race on Sunday at our last event, I filled it up and ran it over the scales. It was 2652 full tank and fully suited driver. Not sure what weight I will end up at, but I am going to wait until I get the suspension under it before I do the final corner weighting and ballast.
