By the way if I make this...you might want me to bring the beer since we all know the best beer is found in the northwest (along with the best rain racers!).

It might be possible, he owns two 944's, but it might be cheaper to see if the RM, or Utah guys has a car to rent.

Otherwise, drive slow and draft!

I like the idea of miles driven by each region to win the beer, especially with double points for driving the race car, I've driven twice and it's more than 1300 miles round trip.

If l am fortunate enough to finish in a position to have my motor torn down, instead of beer, can I get a free tow and ride home?

With the new cap, a discussion on tear downs might not be a bad idea if the dyno shows the proper curve all of the way through, if it's over the cap, then it doesn't need to be torn down anyway.

Will get a list of AZ spec's coming up, I think we are at 5 for now.

Tyler is fast, but so is Vettel and he hasn't won a race yet this year, well he did win one that he was told not to, so that doesn't count in my book. A lot has to go right to win, but only one thing to go wrong to lose:)

Racing will be awesome no matter where you finish, GUARANTEED!!!

I was wondering how long it would take Norm to chime in on the driving to the track award

We may need to revisit many things in the rules if the HP cap works as proposed. I cant see any need for a minimum head thickness rule if we have a HP cap.

rules that have no real function or are addressed by others should be eliminated.

No doubt that it will be a battle allthrough the pack.

I was planning on trying to make it out, but I dont think I will be able to now. The Army is moving me and so Ill be in Alabama at school for Nationals. The best I could hope for is to be able to borrow a car as I wont have the ability to drag my equipment out. Maybe 2014 I can arrange to tow from the right coast after I move again.

Rough weekend for the MW Nationals hopefuls. Ray's car sprung a fuel leak (fuel rail?), and burned pretty badly (he's OK), and Sid's ne
w motor had the OEM oil cooler spring an oil leak into the coolant - lost enough oil and pressure to spin a #2 bearing and break a rod before it was obvious . Sid's alerady hooked up with a new motor, we just have to get Ray going again.

Otherwise racing was great, even if it was snowing some of the time!
