I was using a Cobra Monaco seat when I got T-boned on the passenger side of the car at PIR in 2007. The impact drove the lower part of the tube frame into my side and broke some ribs and I was unable to race for over two months. I now run a MOMO full containment seat and it is worth every penny I spent on it. Please do not cheap out on the safety stuff because when you need it, you REALLY need it!
