Another shout out for a supplier that went above and beyond. Many of you use Chatterbox intercom systems for instruction. One of my headsets was damaged (the mic was torn off the wire). This was user error, however, when I called to see if I could send the damaged set in to be repaired, they checked and, even though it was over a year old, decided to replace it as a warranty item rather than charging me the $30 cost plus shipping for a new one. They even paid to ship it to me and it was here in two days.
GREAT customer service. If any of you need an intercom, I recommend them.
