and large aluminum foil trays, plates, spoons and forks.

not to second guess, but ribs take hours to cook (we don't know the schedule yet...), and take up a huge amount of grill space; probably more than we can handle... How about brats, Italian sausage, and dogs?

The ribs are precooked. It wasn’t a problem at all at last years track or treat. And Paul Hancock and I poured them out pretty quick. I think we did all 10 packs in 45 minutes. They were a hit! As far as anything else(sides, napkins, trays) I’m maxed out. If brats were to be added I don’t think it would be a problem, as long as the condiments and buns were there, there should be plenty of grill space. I think I recall there were 4 racks and two packs of sausages on the grill at once, three rounds at 15 minutes, boom! Of course my memory is foggy because there were kegs.

Okay, here's the plan. Joey is bringing ribs. John N. is going to bring brats, buns, sauerkraut, mustard, aluminum trays, cole slaw and potato salad. Jerry is going to bring paper plates, utensils, napkins.

We can borrow the 7's Only grill. It's big. Can someone bring an extra propane tank? 7's is not sure how much gas is left in it.

Let me know if we left anything off the list of needed items. And thanks to those who have pitched in to help.

It's going to be a good weekend!
